at the "Evening For The Kids" Gala (If less than 250 raffle tickets are sold before August 7, 2011 the drawing will be postponed until that minimum is achieved.)

Raffle Rules:

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and licensed drivers who are 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.

Raffle tickets may be purchased by cash or check from volunteers, or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) by calling Pat at Children's Home Society at (605) 965-3114.

Children's Home Foundation employees and Children's Home Society Leadership staff and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this raffle.

Only official raffle tickets will be accepted. No photocopies permitted.

No portion of the raffle donation is tax-deductible.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions for cash or other vehicles may be made on the Grand Prize by the winner.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on Sunday - August 7, 2011, at the 16th annual "Evening For The Kids" Gala held at the Best Western Ramkota Exhibit Hall in Sioux Falls, SD. Need not be present to win.

If less than 250 raffle tickets are sold before August 7, the drawing will be postponed until that minimum is achieved.

If not present at the Gala, winners will be notified by phone and/or mail/email by August 12, 2011.

Winner is responsible for income and other taxes, license, title, registration and other expenses associated with receiving the prize.

Grand Prize raffle winner must make arrangements with Children's Home Foundation staff to receive the car in Sioux Falls, SD. Grand Prize raffle winner is responsible for any arrangements and expenses for delivery of vehicle to any location outside of Sioux Falls, SD.

Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. A maximum number of 300 raffle tickets will be sold.

Entry and acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph or other likeness for the purpose of promotion on behalf of the Children's Home Society of South Dakota.
